We collect what it takes to make and ship your shirt, and nothing else.

What we keep

• What goes on the shirt: the name and second line you type.
• A photo, only if you add one. We store the photo you upload (and the version with the background removed, if you ask for that) until it's deleted, as below.
• Your email and shipping address, from checkout, to ship the order and send order emails.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Who we share it with

• Printful, which prints and ships the shirt, receives the print file, your name and your shipping address.
• Stripe processes the payment.
• Resend sends our order emails.
• OpenAI checks the wording on the shirt for slurs, threats and hate before you pay. It receives only that text. If you add a photo, OpenAI also checks it for violence, gore, hate and sexual content.
• Photos only: Printful receives the finished print, which includes the photo. Cloudflare removes the background, and only when you tick that box.

We don't sell your information and we don't run ad trackers on this site.

How long

Photos you upload but never order with are deleted after 7 days. Photos on an order are deleted 60 days after the order ships, is delivered, is refunded or is canceled. Our copy of the print file made from the photo goes at the same time.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete anything we're not required to keep: hello@freemyboys.com.
