Shirts are printed to order, then shipped with tracking. The tracking link arrives by email when it ships.

Returns

Every shirt is made for one person, so we can't take returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. Please check the size chart note in the builder before ordering.

Misprints and damage

If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't what the preview showed, email a photo to hello@freemyboys.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll reprint it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us and we'll sort it out with the carrier or send a replacement.
